Privatize (East Hampton)
The Town of East Hampton employs two (2) ACOs (Animal Control Officers).
The town contracts the East Hampton Veterinary Group to shelter stray dogs for a 10 day holding period.
The town also has a contract with ARF (Animal Rescue Fund) to take adoptable dogs after 10 days.
