Community Outreach
In order to make a significant difference, RSVP, Inc. a local non-profit animal welfare organization, focused on the source of overpopulation. Determined, these volunteers drove their van into targeted areas, which consistently produced high numbers of abused, neglected, un-neutered and/or unwanted pets. They offered spay/neuter services, assistance with emergency and routine veterinary care, and promoted responsible pet ownership.
